I purchased 2 of the Aoife Linen chairs off this website. Paying $600 per chair comes with the expectation of a quality product and customer service. The chairs arrived in white tarps only and were covered in greasy fingerprints. They also made a loud popping noise while rocking. After contacting customer service they verified that the chairs were shipped improperly. They said only one of the chairs were defective and offered only $100. I asked to speak to someone on the phone over the matter and they would never call. I initiated a return that they would pay return shipping for, but I was responsible for packaging the chairs and getting them to a shipping station. If their shipping company can’t package them correctly how am I supposed to? Again they offered no help. They increased their offer to $125 so I took it to just be done with it. Now I own two (still overpriced) defective and dirty rocking chairs.
